Hi SI Team

Komento Checking version returns no version number?

Any ideas what is going on?

Please see screen shot

thanks

Paul
Hi Paul,
Is your Komento the latest version? I remember this issue being present on one of the older versions which we have provided the fix(link).

Hi Raymomd

Is your Komento the latest version?

Probably but I honestly do not know!
Is there a way to find out which version I have if I do not see it in the Komento back end?
I followed your link and downloaded the zip file called "komento.zip"
It opened a file called "constants.php"
Which I put here:
Komento - JoomlaFolder/components/com_komento/constants.php
But nothing seems to have changed.

Please advise

thanks

Paul

Hey Paul,
You can check the version in the browser's console(http://take.ms/gWdMA).
You can try updating to the latest version and see if the issue is fixed.
If not, can you update your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate this? Thanks.

You are using the latest version of Komento 2.0.12

thanks again and have a great weekend
