Hi,

When you want to post an answer on a previous comment, you have to click on the link "answer" and then, the form appears. It works like a charm under Firefox and IE but with Chrome, nothing happens. I have attached an URL and a picture to this post so you can see this by yourself.

Thanks for your help.
Hi,

I am sorry for the late reply.
You've missed this setting here: http://screencast.com/t/xjK0WSUCEi . I have helped you set this and now your site is displaying the Recaptcha correctly. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/bv5iauFwBro .

Hope this helps.

Bad news. The issue is still here
When you're a guest, you can post an answer on a previous comment but not when you are logged as a member.
And this issue is not only under Chrome but with Firefox and IE also.
You can test it with the site username and password provided.

Regards,

Hi,

I have checked your site and it seems like it is coming from Recaptcha. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/ApCqIAtS2Foe . I have help you disable the Recaptcha for registered user, now the reply button is working as it should be.

Can you verify this issue is fixed?

Hi,

I'm sorry but the issue is not fixed.
I must have Recaptcha for guest and not for registered users.
I have done a new test , as a guest and as a registered user.

Under IE & Firefox
-----
Registered > Ok
Guest > Ok

Under Chrome :
Registered > Ok
Guest > Nok. The answer button is unclickable. In addition, the captcha is not displayed. The two problems are likely related. It is very strange because the captha appears with IE & Firefox.

Regards,
