Hello, I wonder if there is another new comment warning shipping method that is not the cronjob? I'm not managing to set it up on my server, and I need the editor to be notified about new comments.
if notice of new comments were simply sent by email, it would be perfect
Hello Helio,

You can send the email notification using "Send on page load method" instead of cronjob. You can find the setting in Backend>Komento>Integrations>Notifications: http://take.ms/Vmimg . Hope this helps.

Hello Helio,

I'm sorry but based on our support policy, we will be providing support only to users that have a valid license. You might want to purchase a Pro version so that we can check on your issue here.

Try using a free Cron Job website which offered such a service. For example: https://www.cron-job.org/en/
