Komento 2.01 Terms and Conditions - No way of accepting/closing

Hi guys.
If a guest user clicks on the Terms and Conditions link, when the dialog box appears, there is no way of accepting them. See:

Also, the text is not word wrapping within the boundaries of the text. I've attached a screenshot for you.

Please replace the attached files in:
../media/com_komento/scripts/komento.commentform.js
../images/cross-8.png

Then you have to run this URL: https://it-advice.guru/administrator/index.php?option=com_komento&compile=1&minify=1
