When a user signs up on the site:
1 / he receives an email with an activation key: picture 21
2 / when he goes on the internet page and he returns his activation key (picture 22), he has an error message: PIcture 23
3 / administrator side the activation is not validated: picture 24
On the image the profile is activated but I did it by the site administration.

Can you help me please

Hello,

Is there any way for you to disable the cache on the site? Something is preventing me from completing the registrations on the site.

I am able to register now on the site. However for some reason the activation process is working correctly as you can see here from my screenshot, http://take.ms/OKwyV . May I know if this happen for that particular user from your screenshot only?

Hi there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it holiday for all of us here.

It took me quite some time to identify the issue on why the registration failed in the first place and returning the blank page after step 6. It seems like the selected profile type has an empty groups that you set user to automatically join the group after the registration. Refer my screenshot here, http://take.ms/c6uVV .

During the process, EasySocial are detecting the group is invalid hence throwing the errors. I've applied the fix inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/tables/profile.php and the registration should working correctly now for all of your profile types. Please have a look.
