Keeping Permalinks short to domain name

Hi there,

currently i understand the default naming convention for users permalinks in Easysocial is as follows (on my website at least):

website.com/index.php/community/permalink_name_or_user_name

Is there a way or setting to configure it such that the EasySocial users can have a direct permalink to the domain name , e.g :

website.com/permalink_name_or_user_name

Hi there,

You can refer to steps prompted here https://www.templatemonster.com/help/joomla-3-x-remove-index-php-urls.html and make Easysocial' frontpage menu items as you home(default) menu items. It will remove 'index.php' and 'community' for your site.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
