Keep Featured article on "top"

I am using Category as my menu selection and would like to keep the FEATURED articles on the top of the page... how can I do this?
Hey Rick,

Currently it is only possible to pin featured to the top on the latest view. It is not possible to pin items to the top on the single category layout.
