You can configure this from backend > Easysocial > Custom Fields > Workflows > edit your current user workflow > edit the country field > set the maximum to 1.

Currently it will still show the dropdown suggestion list but it doesn't show the second country into the textbox list after user select.

no . just show one country but how we can fix it on edit profile for don't show second suggest after set max 1 ?
