Thanks for testing our Office template, I've replicate this it seems the issue is not come Office template where this issue purely is from EasyDiscuss
Firstly, there is jumps effect is because the ajax was load to render the posts according to the tabs (all, unresolved etc.)
And the filtering issue, it seems there is a bug regarding this. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this.
