Sometimes if you leave a message window for awhile, then come back and try to reply to a message, the system may display an error:

JSON Parse Error: Unexpected identifier "Invalid"

If it's happening because the message window is stale, perhaps the error could instead say:

Please refresh your browser window

I've attached a screen snapshot.
Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this issue in. After inspection, I've come to conclusion where when the session is over, you'll need to refresh the page in order for the current page to retrieve the new session key. It is not a bug but rather than an improvement to the current system. I'll logged this issue down and we'll see how can we improve this in the future.

Thanks again and have a great day.

I think that if the session is over, the system should log out or if they are trying to send a message, redirect them to a login page.
It will be a better user experience that getting an error.

Hi there,

The only way that I can replicate your issue is when the user are logged out from the system and re-login back to the system but on another page. If the user are logged out as per your mentioned, system will popup-up login box. Please take a look on attached screenshot.

If this is not the issue, perhaps you can explain more so that we can understand it correctly.
Thanks.
