I have an issue with EasyBlog, whenever I try to save a post I get an error, the same error every time and I started to get this on a previous version, so upgraded to the new version in the hope it would resolve, but it does not seem to have resolved it. I have then tried installing on 4 different Joomla websites that I run just to see if it is an issue with the website, but it does the same on all of them.

The error I am getting is: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Is this something that can be simply fixed?

Thanks
Nick
Hi Nick Seal,

There is many possibility that you're hitting this error. It might come from one of the plugins, templates or the server configurations itself. So it is hard for us troubleshoot this issue without have a better view (access of your site)

Is it possible for you to upload your site temporarily and provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi Nick,

I've tried to access your backend, seems it is not working http://screencast.com/t/tF1ePcien4f
Can you please advise?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site as well?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
