Js script slowing site down according to google

Hi, according to google dev tools this script is slowing the site down.

I would appreciate help to avoid this.

I've tried to put async / defer script from your Easydiscuss site, it still show the same score 83, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

I'm going to install JCH plugin and see if that'll help speed things up.

I've made progress using JCH plugin and I'm still working on it. I'll update soon should anyone be interested in the final results.
