i am wondering about the points from jomsocial after the migration. is there any use of the js points in your easysocial pointssystem?
example: JS User A have 1162 Points = after migration ES User A have 66 Points
i read your docs about the points and jomsocial migration, but it is not absolutely clear for me. what happens with the points from jomsocial? it looks like they are useless.
it looks like your system recalculate the points about the activity from the stream and content which the User A made, is that right?

Hi Noobster,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding the user points after the JomSocial migration, yes currently the migrator did not migrate over the user's points from JomSocial. The points that you see are generated from the activities the user performed.

I will see if we can include this JomSocial points migration into EasySocial 1.3 or not
Hope this help and have a nice day

hi Sam,
thank you for the info.

i am happy with the current solution that ES generates the points from the activities. i only wanted to know if I have overlooked something in the config

i would suggest to wait with the points migration, perhaps "videos" and "events" are much more needed for the JS migrator in ES 1.3
