Hi, since updating from ES 1.4.8 to 1.4.11 Internet Explorer is telling me there's an error in easysocial-1.4.11.static.min.js.

See screen dump.

Would you please have a look at this.

Thanks in advance.
By the way, you've got the same issue in your ES demo site at http://easysocial.stackideas.com/

easysocial-1.4.10.static.min.js

However, you appear to be running an older version namely ES 1.4.10

Hope this helps.

1. Which version of IE are you using?

2. Where can I see this error on your site? Any direct links please?

Hi, you'll see the version of IE in the screen dump.

I've updated my site details and you'll see it starting on the homepage. Please don't forget this issue also appears in your own demo site http://easysocial.stackideas.com/

Which page are you hitting this error? Is it the front page at https://axus.com/ even viewing it as a guest?

That's right, it's on https://axus.com and http://easysocial.stackideas.com/ as a guest. It also happens when logged in.

Have a look at the screen dump of your demo site. The user s logged in.

Hey there,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

When I tried to access your homepage and our demo site, but it seems like I can't replicate this, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

By the way, may i know when you access your homepage using IE11 browser, it will directly stop the page and point out that error?

Perhaps you can record a video to show us how to replicate this, you can download the Jing software to record a short video https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html .

I can also add I'm using Windows 10 and not MAC or simulators like most of you developers at SI seem to use.

Here's a video of both named sites. As you'll see there's a delay in both cases before IE reports the error.

Hope this helps.

Alex, you're a great guy and always polite and I don't think you'll mind me pointing out we've been through all this "you can't reproduce it" in a previous tickets.

I give you photographic evidence and you're unable to reproduce it. I don't know why and I know that must be frustrating for you. However, please let me remind my report was finally accepted to be a bug and it eventually got fixed.

In this case and for your further in formation I see http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_social-ii have the same issue but then their using ES 1.4.8

Regards, Guy

hey there,

Hm, I've tried again in this site http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_social-ii on my IE browser, it seems like I can't reproduce this issue and I do not know how to troubleshoot this issue. I have no ideas why it directly point you to this file `easysocial-1.4.11.static.min.js` when you click on debugger tab on IE development console tool.

May i know did you try this method as i mentioned in my screenshot : http://stackideas.com/forums?controller=attachment&task=displayFile&tmpl=component&id=29603
