Hello I have been testing out the payplans on 1 of my websites just trying to get familiar with it. I tried to use it with jreviews to see if it could solve a payment problem . I ran into a few problems .

1. I made a jreviews app to control the number of images that a user can upload to a specific category in jreviews. The problem is that it tells the user that the images have been uploaded but none of the images appear .

I then made another test user who did not use payplans to signup for the site and they can upload images fine using jreviews

thanks
Hey Jimmy,

Can you update your following login details so we check this issue on your development site directly?

1. Backend and FTP access (You can update this on your first post)

2. How to reproduce this issue e.g. which page URL allow user to upload media file?

Thanks, Alex you can reproduce the problem by following the steps below ( let me know what your ip address is so you don't get blocked by my server) I submitted the ftp and admin login info

I have made 2 demo users:

User A
username: saihoai
password: saihoai

User A was created outside of the payplans . This user is not subject to the paypal plan restrictions

Login with this user A and in the left column you will see a module called Manage Listing. You won't see the modules until you login. Click on my listing and you will see a small gear symbol once the listing page loads up. Click on the gear symbol and you will see some options. Click on upload media. You will be able to upload media here. You will not have any problems deleting or uploading media

Log out and try User B

username: janet
password: test1

User B was setup by using payplans. I setup the user by signing up for a free subscription. Login the same way as User A above and try and upload some photos. It will either not let you upload photos or show you that you have upload photos. The photos that you upload will not be visible, but it will count against you as if you have uploaded the images.

You can also sign up a test user your self and try it.

I created a jreviews app to control the categories and how many images that a user can upload. The app is just being tested on the members > female models category now.

Thanks

Hey Jimmy,

I am sorry for the delayed of this reply and thanks for provide us with your development site, it would help us very much here, because we no need to setup anything into our locally.

Regarding with your current issue, it seems like this user 'saihoai' is superadmin, so it doesn't have any restriction for the superadmin, this is why it upload media file just fine.

And I found a bug which I already applied some fix into your development site /public_html/dev/gaze/plugins/payplans/jreview/app/lib.php , can you give it a check is it work fine now?

By the way, it should show this warning on the page http://take.ms/IFtJc .
