Joomla User Group = Premium - Easy Social says Basic

My personal account on the site was Basic member

I then went into Joomla>Users>Manage and reassigned myself to Premium without going through the payplans subscription process.

When I go back into the account I can Joomla saying I am Premium but my access is still Basic.

When you look in EasySocial at backend you can see this (photo) ES says Basic and Joomla says Premium

What I thought should happen is that if I change a user from Basic to Premium member via the Joomla User page then this should update the permissions in ES and change badge from Basic to Premium

How do I resolve this?
Hi Jason,

Actually changing a user's Joomla user group has not effect of the user's profile type in EasySocial(http://take.ms/m7dJt).

This means that if you want the profile type to switch, you would have to do it manually for that user as well.

You can switch the profile type in EasySocial users section(http://take.ms/rTpNX).
