This issue is not easy to reproduce. Luckily it was easier to do so when I went to my ES beta2 site. I'll explain how it went down there. This is not a big issue for me, it's rather for your information I'm bringing it to your attention, so there's no need for you to access my server(s) at this point.
I've just logged in as admin to the ES beta2 test site and at the top of Joomla it tells me there are new updates to be installed. Clicking on Update took me to a new page where it showed the following two extensions in need of an update and the warning message at the top.
Of course there's no need to fix this on the test site it's merely an account of what happened on the live site.
