I would like to inquire if Stackideas will interface with Joomla Updates so we do not have to check in multiple places in the Admin portion.
We actually intended to push this experimental feature into EasySocial 2.0 but we took it out because there are still some teething issues with it. We will need to create a separate plugin for detecting these version info.

We are definitely going to add this plugin in the near future

Mark, thanks I noticed today that Easyblog now is somewhat integrated with Joomla Update. It says updated but then you have to go to easyblog to complete it.=, that is a bit confusing for the user. Can you invoke the launcher after that?
Thanks

Thanks for your input, we would like to do that but unfortunately we unable to take control of Joomla to achieve this, imagine what will happen if you select all the extension from the update page and click update for all our extension?

I believe the current system unable to detect the session once the first extension updated successfully then automatically continue to another extension installation page.

I Understand, however take a look at Joomla Shine updates. They invoke their update in similar manner, and we have to invoke updates one by one for that purpose. Perhaps an idea?
