Joomla TFA will be replace with MFA now. See this MFA implimentation from Nikos and team.

From what I read in the ticket, it seems like this feature is only implemented in the Joomla 4.2.

I will log this into the issue tracker and see if we can do something about this before they release a stable version of Joomla 4.2.
