Joomla system cache caused wrong module display.

Hi team,

i ran into a problem.
when i enable my joomla site, plugin > system cache.

my easyblog layout will became mess.
i used EasyBlog - Latest Blogs Module on my pages.
and i set the module layout to be horizontal.

but when i enable system cache. it will become vertical layout.
i won't happen right after i enable system cache. which is really wired.
i've screenshots a image, which is happened when i enable system cache.

so can you please take a look what might cause this problem.

Currently, we are not really sure how to replicate this as it seems to show correctly on my end after i cleared your cache. Regarding this cache, you will need to clear them accordingly so that nothing wrong on your end.

By the way, those plugins and settings are not developed by us and we dont have any ideas why it behave like that. Do consult with Joomla regarding this issues and they might know what causing this issues.

Hi there,

Not sure how to replicate them as it seems to show as it should currently when enabled System - Page Cache. Maybe you can try to clear your browser and site cache first after you view them.

Hi,

i do tried clear the site cache, website cache when things happened.
but like i said, it normally won't happen immediately.
and even i clean up the cache, the layout still wrong.

i'll update you once the layout problem show up when system cache is enabled.

Hi,

i am running into the situation right now.
currently, the website's system-cache is enabled.

but my mobile layout and desktop layout were not the same.(attach image)
i've tried cleaning both site cache and browser cache, same result.

but once i disable system cache, both mobile and desktop layout will look correct.

Please take a look why system cache cause layout messy on different platform.

Amy Kuo check Global Configuration -> System -> System Cache and try to set it ON Conservative and check it again
