Joomla SEF extension advise and suggestion guys

Hello all,
we are looking for your advise please for a joomla sef extension, we are using sh404sef actually and we have a lot of 404 errors and some urls are not sending to the right pages.

what do you suggest to us please ? remove this extension and use another ? joomsef is good ? or completly not use sef extensions ?

I strongly encourage you to use the core SEF that is provided in Joomla Why do you even need any SEF tools?

Hi Mark, i was advised by some guys more then a year ago but i am not sure i did the right choice,
is the SEF extensions have NO benefit ? as you know we are using all your extensions, do you advise us not using any sef extension ?

Hi Jan,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

The reason why we are not advising joomla user to use 3rd party sef extension is because the extension might caused some conflict with other joomla extension and they might as well need to write a custom plugin just to work well with the sef extension.

Joomla core sef is already robust and mature enough and offer a great flexibility for joomla extension developers to build a custom url specifically for their needs.
