Joomla native user registration & ES

Hi,

My site have been spam heavily lately. New spam user almost every minute.
What I did was turn off Joomla user registration and keep registration for ES only. This stop new spam user.

My question is will this setting affect any ES function?

Hm, you shouldn't turn off registrations in Joomla as it would also cause EasySocial to turn off it's registrations. Instead, you should enable the com_users redirection in EasySocial's system plugin. This would ensure that visitors needs to register via EasySocial instead.
