Joomla version: 3.2.1
EasyBlog version: 3.9.15218
Template: YooTheme Drive

So, I've just about got my site set up and I decided to add a menu item to log in to the front-end of the site (shot1.jpg). When I log in, however, I can't get to any of my content through my main menu. My Profile information loads into the content area (shot3.jpg and shot4.jpg - which is OK) but when I attempt to navigate anywhere else on the site, all I get is the EasyBlog blogger options (shot6.jpg - Quick Post, Write New Post, My Blogs, My Drafts, and My Subscriptions). Even that would be OK I guess, but when I click on any of those options, I get nothing... My header image appears as a broken link (shot5.jpg) and I never get an editing page. I'm pretty new at this, and have tried to figure it out, but am tired of doing so now. I'm hoping someone can point me to a setting or procedure or something that can help me understand what I'm doing wrong.
Hello Mark,

To be honest with you, we can't really tell what is going on just by looking at the screen shots. Like you said, EasyBlog has tons of different variety of configurations and there could be 100's of different possibilities which causes these issues.

As for the modules for instance, it really boils down to what you want to use. There's no correct way of doing things here because what we offer is additional flexibility where you can use a nice welcome module rather than a boring login module which just displays the sign in / out buttons

To create private blogs, all you need to do is to create a blog post with the privacy of "Registered only". The blog post would then only be accessible by registered users only.

Hello Mark,

There are many things that might cause this for example CSS, javascript conflicts. Incompatible plugins and Joomla or PHP settings. Could you upload this to a temporary server so we could take a look through FTP and the backend settings, please advice? We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.

Thanks, have a nice day:)

I'm not sure it's worth all the trouble to upload the site to a place where you can look at it. I think the biggest problem is that I'm so new at EasyBlog and there are so many configuration options that I'm just not doing something right. It seems to be a great piece of work, but it's just gonna take me some time (trial and error) to figure it all out. One issue may be my confusion on the difference between the Joomla login module, the EasyBlog Welcome module, and the EasyBlog login screen (on the Dashboard). I'm not sure which one to use or how to use it. Initially, I simply want to be able to log in on the front-end myself to create/edit a post (no Team Bloggers). Once I get a little more proficient, I'd like to create some Private blogs that only Registered (and logged in) users can see. Can you point me to some documentation that spells all this out? In the meantime, I'll think about whether it's worth the trouble to upload to an accessible site.
thanks!
