joomla hidden menus showing in stackideas toolbar

Hi,

I have several menus set as hidden in Joomla, however they do show.

Please reproduce this with :
1° Create a menu item
2° In this menu item go to "link type" and set "display in menu" as No
3° See if the item is visible or not in the toolbar.
