I upgraded EB today and then tested AMP, and it's decent, though some of the formatting is off (like h2s touch the side of the screen). But bigger than that, it looks like you're generating a custom mobile menu when viewing an AMP page and that menu does NOT honor Joomla's option to make a menu item invisible. As such, items I have in my menu that aren't VISIBLE in the menu, ARE visible in the AMP menu. That's a problem I'd love to see fixed.
You can change to use "Easyblog" side only from backend > Easyblog > setting > SEO > AMP sidebar Menu - Easyblog.

Hope this will help.

that won't fix the issue though. What you're missing is, Joomla added a feature I think in 3.6 that lets you hide a menu item. I'm attaching some screen shots of it. YOUR menu, when using the Main Menu should honor that setting and not render those items marked hidden. I messaged Mark Lee through Skype and he said he made a ticket to get this fixed in the next release.

Thanks for the input on this Brian, I have already logged this ticket internally and this will be fixed in 5.1.7
