I receive the following error message when I attempt to create a new post: "An error has occurred. 0 Call to a member function getTitle() on bool"

Please advise on how to resolve.
Hi there,

It seems that we cannot access your backend currently as you can see here https://take.ms/2t6LG and it seems that given access are not valid currently.

Can you give them a check and let us know once you updated them.

Hi there,

I do get them now. By the way, after further check, it seems that you have disabled your 'default' categories as you can see here https://take.ms/nrudh. I have changed them to another categories and it should work without any issue now.

Can you give it a check and see how it goes.

Abdul,

I changed my theme from wireframe to Nichol. Did that change cause the posting issue? Is there anything else I should know about what happens when I change themes?

Hello Michael,

Changing theme would not affect or cause these errors. Based on the response from my colleague, the issue really is because there wasn't a default category that was set in EasyBlog and that problem probably was caused from an older installation of EasyBlog because you can't really remove a default category in EasyBlog.
