Starting from Joomla articles, is there a list to show what gets migrated (author, date/time, avatar, comment, etc.) over to EB?

Need to start staging and prepare for the migration if the decision is to go with EB going forward.
Hello Peter,

Wise choice to move over to EasyBlog Currently EasyBlog imports the articles and categories from Joomla and it doesn't actually import the avatar / comment (depending on which comment system you are currently using) though.

Hi Mark

I'm guessing EB will need to "process" all Joomla articles before it can be recognized, is that right?

If ES is added later, does ES need to process and bring in EB posts to be a part of the "stream" or will old EB posts get left behind?

Trying to understand how each is tied together.

Yep, that is correct. You need to run the migrator for Joomla articles. If ES is added later, the stream wouldn't be generated since it isn't logged initially.
