Joomla Article separate form Easy Articles?

Hello. Is it possible to have a Joomla article not appear as an Easy Article / in the timeline? We want to have help file pages that are simple pages without the commenting and other features of Easy Article. In other words, a plain Joomla article. Thank you.

I'm not sure how Joomla articles are appearing as EasyArticles, perhaps you can elaborate more?

As for the timeline, are you referring to EasySocial stream? If that's the case, Joomla articles stream items can be configured from the user articles app in EasySocial: http://take.ms/DPJ2FI

May I know what other features you are referring to?

For comments, it appears you are using Komento for Joomla articles. If that's the case, you can disable them at Komento's integration settings(http://take.ms/wli9z).

Your response pointed me in the right direction. I needed to disable Komento for one category to remove those features. Thanks.
