Wondering if anyone has updated to 3.10.1.

The update lists EasyBlog, Easy Social, Komento as a....."Update Information Unavailable" under the Extension Pre-Update Check.
Yes, I already updated my local to Joomla 3.10.1.

The update lists EasyBlog, Easy Social, Komento as a....."Update Information Unavailable" under the Extension Pre-Update Check.

From what we check, I believe why it Joomla Pre-Update Check shows our extension plugins and modules under this "Update Information Unavailable" status is because all our modules and plugins come with the component package, so our plugins and modules don't contain any update information.

If you check properly the list again, the "Extension Type" doesn't show any "Component" type and this can identify that the main component e.g. Easyblog, Easysocial, Komento and etc already supported this update information.

In other words, if you update our component to the latest version, those plugins and modules will be updated to the latest version automatically as well.

This means that you can ignore these warnings and perform your Joomla update from 3.10.0 to 3.10.1.

But of course, you have to do the full backup first before you perform your site Joomla update, just in case any happens, at least you can roll back your previous backup.

If this is it, i cant upgrade to joomla4. Akeeba tools supports only 3.10.1, after this version no support. I have to upgrade to joomla4.

We will still be supporting Joomla 3 until it's officially End of Life. We will continue to maintain versions of our software which are compatible with Joomla 3.10 and provide limited support (no feature requests) for it until Joomla 3.10 becomes End of Life on August 17th, 2023. The versions we will be maintaining for Joomla 3 are the same version you were using until now. Their features are frozen in time, we will just make sure they will keep working on Joomla 3.10 and PHP versions up to and including 8.1. We cannot make any promises for any PHP versions past 8.1; it honestly depends on the amount of work required.

Hmm, perhaps you can start a new thread on our forum and update your Joomla 4 site backend and FTP login credentials so we can troubleshoot this on your site?

Because I've tested on my local, it looks fine for me, it is just a little bit of styling issue not compatible with Joomla 4 stable version, we will solve this styling compatibilities issue in Easyblog 6.

Thanks! i didn't see the end of life date. 2023 works for me!

The new j4 install and a template install locked me out of J4, with compatibilty issues.

I need to upgrade my knowledge of J4, before even thinking upgrading my live sites to J4.
Thank you for the reply's, there is a lot of learning to do for me to know my way around in the new version.

I'll be back!

You're most welcome.

Yes. I always encourage our users to do this on their development site first before upgrade this on the live site, so you do not need to rush to solve the issue immediately since the issue is not related to your live site.
