Jomsocial Event Blog not working/visible

Hi,

I am using latest versions of EasyBlog 5x, Jomsocial 4x and Joomla.

I have just installed latest release of Jomsocial Event Blog and Jomsocial Event Group. Yhe groups plugin appears to be working ok, but the Event blog link doesn't even show. Is there a problem with this? The plugin is enabled.

Hi Arlex,

sorry, I was part way through emailing you but got distracted.

I have taken a copy of my site and moved it to a development one whilst I upgrade to a new rockettheme template on gantry 5.

It seems to have helped and i can now see the create blog on both the groups and events The page load has also gone back to normal.

I have no idea what caused all these issues but wondering if it was a template issue as moving to the new one seems to have done the trick.

Hey there,

I've tried to access in your Joomla backend but it seems like you provided that login credential is not working.

my apologies, I disabled thinking this was resolved too. I have now re-enabled.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I suspect that was because when you view on event page, it took very long time only can load finish the page, when the Easyblog Jomsocial event plugin trying to inject script but it already get timeout.

I've trying to disable one by one of your site plugin and see which plugin causing your page load very slow.

But I still can't find out which plugins causing this page load slow issue yet.

Even I disabled Easyblog Jomsocial Group/Event plugin, it still the same.

May I know do you have install any extension/module/plugin recently?

If you trying to load one of the Jomsocial event page (e.g. http://www.wessexlifescience.co.uk/eventdiary/viewevent/13-wlsc-annual-conference-book-now ) is it slow for you?

Yes, it might after you upgrade your template then solved this issue.
