Hi,

The plugin must have in back-end a field for "Hide if No Content: Do not show the application if there is no content to be shown."
This offer the posibility to make this app a core app and it will be displayed only for those who have the right to write an article and they have at least one written.
You promised you will update the page https://stackideas.com/downloads/plugins with the 5.0.1 version.

Thank you.
It seems like we missed up this, you can download my attached file.

Hi Arlex,

Thank you for the plugin but i'm very interested about the option for "Hide if No Content: Do not show the application if there is no content to be shown." from the back-end
This offer the posibility to make this app a core app and it will be displayed only for those who have the right to write an article and they have at least one written.
Will you update this plugin with this option?
Thanks

Hi,

I'm sorry for the confusion. Let's start again. What i'm trying to say is:

Can you please create an option in back-end for this plugin? - Hide if No Content with the tooltip Do not show the application if there is no content to be shown.
This offer the posibility to make this app a core one and it will be displayed only for those who have articles written on easyblog.
If you make this app a core one and you have users who doesn't have the right to write articles, the link: see the user blog goes to home page because he doesn't have a blog in site.
This option save the day
See the attach please.

Thanks for your input, I will discuss with our developer regarding whether we can add an option in the future version.

For now, if you would like do not show that thing from the user profile page if that user do not have create any blog post yet, you can download my attached file and replace into this file location :

Joomlafolder/plugins/community/easyblog/easyblog.php

Hi Arlex,

The file do the job. Thank you.

I wold like a notification when you release a new ver of this plugin, or not if you decide not to insert this option for back-end.
A comment here i think will do the job.

Again ... thank you.
Have a nice day!

You're welcome.

Currently we do not have any notification for those plugin release but every time we release the Easyblog new version, that plugin should be get updated as well.

I will let our website administrator try to publish that plugin from that download page.

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.
