when i write a new blog, the links in the activity stream are wrong. you can view this issue on the latest stream item on my testsite!
please check my testsite out, logindata in global details!

I have help you changed this SEO setting to use default, check my screenshot below.

It should work fine now, can you create a new blog post again and see how it goes?
