Based on what i know currently there do not have any 3rd party app related with the Job offer.

I have a question, if someone looking for a job, so they will sign up on your site using Easysocial and enter all their personal details like what kind of job they looking for.

So how they gonna to know got any job offer for them?

Are you planning to allow both users (e.g. the person who looking for a job and the person who looking for an employee) to sign up on your site?

If that is the thing, I think you can do this way :

* Setup 2 profile type

A. The person who looking for an employee:

1. Admin have to add those new custom field related this under user workflow.
2. Admin have to add those new custom field related with this company info under page workflow.
3. Once they sign up on the site, they can able to create "Page" like Facebook Page for their company page and they can put what kind of job they still offering.

B. The person who looking for a job :
----------------------------------------------
1. Admin have to add those new custom field related with the job stuff and personal details field.
2. So they can able to enter which kind of job position they need.
3. Once they sign up on the site, they can able to search which kind of job through the Easysocial advanced search. (screenshot : https://www.screencast.com/t/S2xKLbR8hd4c) Imagine there got a field call 'job offer', so they can able to search something specific for this field only.

First of all thank you for good idea. Maybe so far it will be a some kind of solution that im looking for because its the only thing im missing on my website now

Let me see if i understood you clearly. I will quick explain whats my point and target in this case (Job Offers).
Website will be strictly designed for "Hotel Animators - entertainers" which mean, its a Job responsible for entertainment in the holidays hotels/resorts or cruise ships etc. This part of industry include dancers, singers, sport activists, kids enetertainers, dj's and so on.

1. So Yes, i want create two types of profiles - for "employer" which will look for entertainers and he will placed job offers and create a castings (events - easysocial option). And second type of profile "Entertainers" - which will have social network (easysocial) to contact, they can review the companies/hotels with Jreviews component, make events etc.

2. If Employer will register and after that create a Company Page, where he will be able to put the job offers? Only option is to create a post on the Company page and potential User (entertainer) have to see that on his wall to get interested? And write him a private message?

Is there any chance to create a one place, where all of the job offers will show up after employer will add it on his page?

The solution with advance search is very good, but still dont get it what will show up if i will look for lets say DJ job and i will mark it in searcher, whats next? It will show me the post of employer?

I think the only way to show company page whether got job offer or not, those user have to search it through the advanced search page in order to know got any job available now.

For example :

1. Admin have to created a custom field for 'Job Offer' so employer can able to enter what kind of job they want to hire people. http://take.ms/tZZ4Z

2. Assume those employer added these job offer details http://take.ms/GE0dI

3. So those user can able to search this 'Job offer' custom field through this advanced search page. http://take.ms/MdPHY
You can create a menu item for this "Easysocial - advanced search" from your site backend Menu manager page.
