I can see the issue now, can you assign that login user have Superadmin privileges so I can double check with your Easysocial settings and Joomla global configuration settings?

Because when I try open Easysocial settings from backend, then i hitting this permission issue :

There is a conflict between Widgetkit and EasySocial media player. I have disabled Widgetkit Media Player for you to prevent the conflict.
