I've checked in your site, it seems like it always redirect to this menu item -> http://test.fr-chocolat.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=dashboard&Itemid=208&lang=en , so I have temporary disabled this 2 menu item which language is set to ALL , so it work fine now.

By the way, I have temporary help you created different language "Easysocial dashboard" menu item, it should display correctly now, when the new user view on your site, it will show Japanese language by default.

Can you give it a check now?
