After posting into the stream the single stream item I posted is visible. The remainder of the items will load manually if I press the "Load previous items button"

I have checked your site and it seems like there are not enough activities to be visible to your user for the day to render (due to the permissions of the stream items) . I have increased the initial stream limit to 30, and it should render more stream items
