You can update this language string into Joomla override section (Joomla backend > extension > language > override > click NEW)

Unfortunately we make it 2 different language string, so what I suggestion is you can override this language string "COM_EASYBLOG_COMMENTS_ALREADY_REGISTERED" modify to "->" then override this language string "COM_EASYBLOG_COMMENTS_ALREADY_REGISTERED_LOGIN_HERE" to "Login or Register"
