Issues with uploaded video - No Progress Bar & No Thumbnail (Can't change)

Just wanted to let y'all know about a problem I had when uploading a video.
The progress bar remained blank (though the percentage did show on right)


Once upload completed, there was no thumbnail and no way to change that:

It seems like your current template styling override the Easysocial upload green bar styling, if you temporary switch your site template to use Joomla default template protostar, it will work fine.

Can you consult with your current template provider regarding this issue?

By the way, may i know where you see this thumbnail broken issue after uploaded video? Perhaps you can provide us one of the page URL for that so we can check on this?

The videos are still inside the beta site - they are on the "Beta Videos" link and in administration.
Upload type was mp4.

But I didn't see what you mentioned above screenshot regarding the thumbnail image broken. Please advise.
