Hi all...
I am having some issues regarding pagination on the website in two specific areas (that I've found at this point).
1. When viewing all users, even though I click the page buttons at the bottom of the screen, I never get past screen 2.
2. When viewing groups, I have a huge amount of buttons at the bottom of the page, far more than the number of pages I should have for groups.

I've tried flushing the sh404SEF where it refers to the page URLs for these items, however this has made no difference.

Any ideas?
Dave
Hi Dave,

I am sorry for the delayed reply.
I have checked your site and I suspected that there is an issue with your sh404sef in your site. I have tested this by disabling the sh404sef plugin on your site, the user pagination is working correctly. Can I have your permission to purge the urls in the sh404sef to debug and test this?

Please advise.

Hi Dave,

I am sorry for the delayed reply.
I have checked your site and I suspected that the issue is coming from your template. I believe your site's template is overriding the pagination from EasySocial. Can you try install another template and see if this issue is still persist.

Please advise.

Hi Mohd.
It's not really practical for me to start messing with templates on the website as it's "live".
The template I use is "JSN Corsa" which has never given me any issues before, and also is recommended to be used for EasySocial.
Can you explain to me what you mean by the template is overriding the pagination?

Hmmm... after playing around with the SteGround settings, I think the problem lays with the Varnish Dynamic Cache.
I've turned it off and will continue testing.
I was told that Varnish is better than mod_pagespeed, but now questioning that (I think it's because they don't know the correct way to set up mod_pagespeed attributes for a dynamic joomla site running ES).

Hi Dave,

I am sorry for the late reply and the confusion you're having.
I am able to replicate this issue on our local. It seems like the pagination issue is coming from this template. When I changed the template back to Joomla default template, the issue is gone.

We will contact JoomlaShine developer team regarding this pagination issue and we will get back to you as soon as we can after we have the solution. In the meantime, can you try install another template on your site and test this pagination issue with another template.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused and please be advise.
Thanks.
