Issues with komento and jomsocial plugin

Hello!

Thanks for the great extensions and plugins.

I'm using komento and having trouble with the plugin pulling joomla article information and posting on jomsocial activity stream, "Unable to load article details"

I'd appreciate any advice,

Can you share us a sample guide on how you get into the error of "Unable to load article details".
Do you mind to set the permission to allow us to view more settings for testing purposes?
