I recommended EasySocial over Jomsocial to a client. I don't have it installed myself but I gave the recommendation based on my other StackIdeas installations. Great products and amazing support. I directed the client to the EasySocial demo but there seems to be some technical issues which have been ongoing for at least two days now. The pages of the demo site seems to be stripped off CSS...everything looks distorted (see attached screen shot).

I find it very unusual that a the staff here would let a problem of this magnitude persist for days. Is this a sever issue, an issue with Joomla or just a bug plaguing EasySocial?

TDB
hey troy,
thanks for reporting, unfortunately I can't replicate this at my end because when I visit the demo right now it shows up absolutely fine, see here:

can you try to clear your browser's cache and then load the page again? if that doesn't solve it please get back to us and we try to investigate it further.
thanks again and have a nice day

Thanks for getting back to me so quick. I should have mention that for a while things seem to be OK until I clicked on a link. I was trying to view users profiles but was unable to. Try clicking this link for example http://demo.stackideas.com/profile/640-kmatsu1957

Hey Alex,

Troy is right When you try to select a profile from the predefined ones to log in and click on them, I also got the same result.

Hope this helps for you both

Thanks Alex. Please let me know when it's all cleared up.
Attila: Thanks for verifying. Cool screen cast...I just wish it was available in HTML 5 instead of flash.
