Issues with EasyBlog - comments

Dear Supporters,

I have problem with functionality "comments" in com_easyblog_unlimited_3.9.15155. I tried to use Kommento: com_komento_1.7.3 - it works ony for Joomla article but not for EasyBlog.
I was setting up parameters in Kommenti (Profile) and in EasyBlog (settings > integrations > Komento) - doesn/t work. I tried started "Enable multiple comment systems" an check Facebook comments - doesn't work too.

will appreciatwe for any help.

I was so stupid, that first of all I didn't check this possibilty:-)
EasyBlog is really advanced solution for bloggers and have more possibilities related to posts. One of them is posiibilty to comment post of blog (or not), aother possibiluity is to show (or not) some posts for visitors, etc. Thank you very much, topisc is closed:-)

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You need to access the back end of EasyBlog > Comments > Integrations and enable the integration for Komento. Then, proceed to the back end of Komento > Integrations and choose EasyBlog. Then, enable it

Thank you for qusik reply and information. I made it:
EasyBlog > Comments > Integrations and enable the integration for Komento. Then, proceed to the back end of Komento > Integrations and choose EasyBlog
without results. I have experience with longterm experience with EasyBlog - but is the first time, when I meet such problem. Perhaps do you have mmore ideas / solutions?

Hello Specjalista,

Could you mind provide us with a temporary access to your Joomla backend (as admin) and an FTP access so we can check that issue and see where the problem is coming from? Please advise.

That is because your blog post configure to disallowed comment, so we do not see any comment section at bottom of blog entry.
