Since the last update I've noticed that the categories layout and categories menu options are not working properly. See attached images and details on how to recreate the issue:

I created a (Categories) All categories view, filtered for a few specific categories.

I set the categories view in SETTINGS to hide RSS link, subcategories, authors and subscribe. (see categories-view.png)

The first three work. The subscribe link still displays (see categories-display.png)

When I tried to make overrides in the menu, none of the overrides were applied (see categories-menu.png)

***UPDATE***

It seems like "Show Subscribe To Category" toggles the "Show Subcategories" option on and off.
