I'm trying to update Easy Social.

I'm still getting this error:
"Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support."

Can you please correct it.

I believe this is a duplicate question. Please continue this conversation in our priority support channel in ticket #24463 . I will closed this ticket.

Please refrain from sending us multiple tickets/threads requesting for the same issue as this would slow down our support's response and it can and will only lead to confusions.
