Hello friends,
I have made two updates
1: EasyBlog: 3.9.24862
2: EasySocial: v1.3.29
Then I began to have problems in my website
The connection with JFBConnect has been complicated
The sign in is a mess, sometimes connects me with the information of another user.
I think the cache or refresh of the pages have been lost
Ah..Komento not allow me to do new comment.

Please I need your help because the upgrade I've done with the idea of installing the
new version of EasyBlog 5
I send you the access credentials:
Hi Miguel,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, it seems like there is some cacheing issues at your site. When i first login with JFBCconnect, the login was a success. However, when i attempt to logout, it say logout successful. But. when I revisit the page, i am still login. Also, no matter what setting I reconfigure at your EasySocial, e.g. disabled JFBConnect , the page still showing JFBConnect button.

May i know if your Joomla template has the ability to cache the page? Or did you have any 3rd party cache plugins installed at your site? Can you temporary disable all the caching from your site? Also, i found similar cashe issue related to your Helion template. Please see http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,39876.msg163209/

I not sure if the cache issue was caused by your Joomla template or not but can you pass me your FTP account so that I can further investigate your issue?

Please advise.

Thanks for your quick response.
What motivated me to ask for your help was that this template I'm using it for nine months ago (approximately)
and never had heard that he had a possible problem when I was doing an update of my social components.
I sent the information and thanks again for your help.

Hi Miguel,

I've checked your JFBConnect settings and it seems like the cache is enabled as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/NPdumSTwv5 . When I disabled it the login and logout action is working correctly now as it should.

Hope these help.

Hey Miguel,

My colleague has responded to you earlier and he did mentioned that this issue is fixed when the "cache" is disabled in JFBConnect. What issues are you still having here?

Hi Mark ..
I apologize if I'm causing problems in your activities
but the solution that they gave my request has not functioned
As I show in the picture, I can not login and look at the toolbar I am login.
if I go to another page or another 'menu' it appears I'm login.
Thanks for your help and more importantly your prompt reply

Hey Miguel,

Firstly, I am not really sure if I understand you here. Are you having issues with JFBConnect or are you having issues with EasySocial's Facebook button?

By the way, I am not sure if this is related to your issues or not but I highly believe that these could be one of the causes to the issues that you are having. Please see my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/I4zpAA7Q

Also your entire site is extremely slow for me and it seems like all the AJAX calls are being thrown errors by your hosting provider.
