Following the most recent joomla update, the following issues have occured:
1- the easyblog composer is having serious issues with adding images to posts; I'm not sure why but they will not import properly, take many clicks to select and don't appear after selected.
2- On easysocial, the import feature for remote videos , audios and so on is blank in the frontend, but updating from the back-end fixes the issues,

Kindly advise.
Hi there,

1- the easyblog composer is having serious issues with adding images to posts; I'm not sure why but they will not import properly, take many clicks to select and don't appear after selected.

This issues have been logged on our issues trackers and will included them on our next release version.

2- On easysocial, the import feature for remote videos , audios and so on is blank in the frontend, but updating from the back-end fixes the issues,

It might be because those items still fetched correctly as it required cron to be executed and fetched them from remotes servers first in order to show those images.

If those items not fetched correctly after cronjobs, can you provide us with your backend, cronjobs and FTP access so that we can further check this issues?

Please advice.

My issue is that in the front end uploader it says that the "source is not supported" for things like soundcloud, then using remote youtube it gives a white screen with nothing there but the size attributes. however, when I edit the content in the back-end and save it , it appears fine.
This was not an issue prior to the new joomla release (I think joomla 3.9.1). Worked fine prior to it.

Thanks
And thanks for the easyblog update, i will check it later tonight to see if the issues were resolved.

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.
