This message follows a previous post ( http://stackideas.com/forums/default-avatar-not-rendering-in-emails ) as I am finding the issue may be deeper.

I have recently rebuilt a site and migrated away from Jomsocial for EasySocial to have a complete StackIdeas ecosystem, but this process has been long and complicated (there really should be a document covering all settings changes that need to take place for this to be without issue). This is an EasyDiscuss post because the problems that I am currently facing are around the ED integration. I have turned off all JS integrations and turned on all ES integrations, but I am still receiving emails that are trying to pull the JS profile as well as posts on the ED forum showing JS avatars but then showing ES Avatars on hover. I have included a screenshot below. FYI, the latest ED post was AFTER all integration settings were double checked.
Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access again? Because I've tried to login in your joomla backend but it seems like you provided that login credentials is not working.

Hey Kane,

Firstly I do apologize for the inconveniences caused. I have to agree with you here that EasyDiscuss 3.x is a little erratic and this is why we have been working on EasyDiscuss 4 and we are also updating all our documentation to be EasyDiscuss 4 ready as well.

As for your issues, I tried to connect to your site with the provided login credentials but it isn't working. You can change the avatar integrations in Settings > Layout > Avatars and under the "Profile Picture Integrations", select EasySocial instead of JomSocial.

After making this change, save the settings and you should be good to go. If you are still having issues with this, can you please correct the login credentials so that I can login to the site to look into this?
