Hello,
I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago and I never received help from you guys. I upgraded to latest version and it affect the whole website. I can send pictures and give you access to my website.
Let me know.

Javier
Hm, it seems like it still showing some of the columns missing from Komento table, may i know how you perform this upgrade from Komento 2 to version 3 in previously?

By the way, I already help you manually added that missing columns from your database, can you give it a check is it work fine now?

Hey Javier,

I tried to view the tickets that you have created but I am only seeing 1 ticket here. Where did you post your other ticket?

As for your issues that you are having, can you please elaborate more about the issues that you have? I tried to login to the administration area with the provided access but I don't seem to see Komento being installed.

Also, can you please set the user with super administrator privileges as well?

I found the issue, it seems like you hitting this following error :

Fatal error: Call to a member function process() on a non-object in .../templates/theme1543/html/mod_komento_comments/default.php on line 22

I suspect you have customised this Komento comment module theme file in previously which not compatible with your current Komento latest version.

Before you publish all the Komento extension/module/plugin, you have to rename this default.php file from your server -> JoomlaFolder/templates/theme1543/html/mod_komento_comments/default.php, it should work fine.
