I have an issues again with activity stream, would you mind to check?

I'm trying to add link to the wall and upload image, these both does not work
For image it keeps telling me that this is wrong filename, i tried 5 different none is working, for link it simply did not work i publishing text with the link but only text gets published.

P.S.You can text, admin publications are turned off.
