issue with links when updated to latest version of Easyblog and Joomla

we have just moved to the latest Joomla 3.8.7 and ensured we have the latest easyblog version - we have an issue on the blog links we have used - see below

Just want to know why the blog links have changed from

http://www.wegobeyond.co.uk/blog/entry/is-your-e-business-suite-erp-ready-for-gdpr.html

to

http://www.wegobeyond.co.uk/blog/is-your-e-business-suite-erp-ready-for-gdpr

i.e. why does the first one have .html and an additional directory.
In order to display this URL with the .html prefix, you have ensure that you have enabled this `Add Suffix to URL` from your site backend > system > global configuration.

Regarding that URL missing `entry` view, can you try set this `URL Format For Entry View` to default and see how it goes? You can refer on my attached second screenshot below.
